If you enjoyed part one of the Gears of War 2 Screenshot Extravaganza, here is a bunch of artwork depicting the weapons available when playing multiplayer. At your disposal will be the Hammerburst, Locust Gorgon Pistol and the Locust Poison Grenade, plus we have some Stranded Flame Thrower and shield concept art as well.

DC Universe Online wants you to be their MySpace buddy and so far as of this post they have 693 friends already. Not that I visit MySpace much, only when I need comic relief, but it is probably one of the coolest pages I have seen on there. Plus, if you have your own MySpace and become pals, you may get invited to the game’s reveal at Comic Con in San Diego later this month.

The box art for Dead Space has been released, and it is pretty neat. Creepy, but neat, and since the release date is so close to Halloween (Oct 21) it is only fitting.

Activision announced today that Guitar Hero : On Tour for the DS has sold in excess of 300,000 units in North America in the first seven days since its launch, making it the largest North American launch for the Nintendo DS in the company’s history by more than a factor of eight.

Rockstar today announced a new release date for the fourth installment of its Midnight Club franchise, Midnight Club: Los Angeles -  October 7th in North America and October 10th in Europe. Rockstar has created a rendition of Los Angeles to race through at break neck speeds and explore at your own pace wth no tracks and no load times for both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
